Chamber Chats Series: Workforce Recruitment and Retention, Nov. 5. 2020

Chamber Chats with Carole

The Conception Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to be launching a new series called Chamber Chats. Providing business owners and support agencies the opportunity to connect virtually supports our mission of promoting, enhancing and facilitating business for our members and the communities for which they are in. Join our networking events to learn from others, promote your business, and talk about issues currently relevant to everyone in COVID-19 times.

Session 2: Workplace Recruitment & Retention

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a number of pressures on the entire workforce. The importance of finding skilled workers, potentially through immigration opportunities, has significantly increased. Retaining skilled employees by creating a healthy workplace culture and employee engagement has become even more critical in employee retention rates.

Have you been missing connecting with others through networking events? Do you think you can’t make the same connections virtually? You are invited to the second Chamber Chat to discuss how networking has changed in the digital space. Join us to share your networking successes!
